A Week of Reflection April 20-24, 2009

With photos depicting Philosophy Professor and Chair Armen Marsoobian's lecture "How Do We Memorialize Genocide?: The Case of the Berlin Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe,"; A Commemorative Ceremony featuring music by Music Professor David Chevan and The Afro-Semitic Experience and the poetry of esteemed Yiddish writer Irena Klepfisz read by English Professor Corinne Blackmer; and internationally renowned playwright Catherine Filloux's concluding lecture entitled, "Lemkin's House: Responding to Genocide".
